Kathy and Karl Musgrave fell in love with the Wet Mountain Valley several years ago while vacationing and decided to make Westcliffe their new home.  Kathy had previously spent several years as an elementary school teacher in Cheyenne, WY but soon became interested in real estate.  She is very happy in her new profession as she gets to meet interesting people every day.  She is grateful that she's able to assist folks in their pursuit of a dream home--whether it be a second home or a home for retirement years.

     The Musgraves are avid outdoors people and love to hike and cross-country ski.  Once in a while they try to hike a 14'er.  Most of their spare time is spent on their ranch, where there is never a dull moment.  Karl always has some kind of project going, as does Kathy.  Plus there are numerous farm animals to care for.
